# Get all-months billing aggregates

> One row per calendar month across your organization's entire billing history — cycle counts (split into first cycles vs renewals), distinct billable traders, and amounts split into platform fee vs CME market data. Months follow CME's clock (America/Chicago).

The response stays small and fast regardless of how many cycles have accumulated. Months are keyed `YYYY-MM` (UTC, by cycle start date) and sorted ascending. A month with no cycles is simply absent.

Use this for spend-over-time charts and month-over-month comparisons; use `GET /billing/summary?month=` for one month's line items.

**Access:** read-only and full-access API keys. Dashboard members need view access to Billing & purchases revenue.

Create, rotate and restrict keys in the dashboard or with the API keys
endpoints; an organization can have two active keys, so you can rotate
without downtime. A **full-access** key can call every endpoint in this
reference. A **read-only** key can call `GET` endpoints (and create a
trading stream token); any other request returns `403 READ_ONLY_KEY`. A
key with an IP allowlist returns `403 IP_NOT_ALLOWED` from any other
address. Each endpoint lists which keys can call it under **Access**.
