Reactivate a trading account

Turn a deactivated account back on. The account returns to in_progress (or not_started if it never traded), and normal billing resumes.

What happens:

The account status returns to in_progress or not_started
The trader can trade again immediately
The account counts toward your active trader bill for the current month
Balances, drawdown levels, and rule progress are unchanged

Requirements: The account must be inactive. Passed, failed, or expired accounts cannot be reactivated.

Webhooks: account.status_changed fires with trigger: "firm_reactivated" and the reason you provided.

Idempotent: Calling reactivate on an already-active account returns success with changed: false.
